split- system aIR-CONDITIONING
Split system air-conditioners are commonly used in residential, commercial, and even industrial settings. They offer efficient cooling and heating and are the best option for spaces where installing ductwork is impractical or costly. This system is perfect for home spaces and enable the freedom of having zones independently controlled leading to increased energy efficiency and cost savings.

how it works
Split - System Air-conditioning
Split system air conditioners consist of two main components: an indoor unit and an outdoor unit.
A reverse cycle split system air conditioner, also known as a heat pump, can both cool and heat the indoor space. Here's a brief description of how a reverse cycle split system air conditioner works:
Cooling Mode:The indoor unit's fan draws warm indoor air into the system. The warm air passes over the evaporator coil, which contains a cold refrigerant. The refrigerant absorbs heat from the indoor air, cooling it down. The absorbed heat is transferred to the refrigerant, which evaporates into a gas.The gaseous refrigerant is pumped to the outdoor unit. The outdoor unit's compressor pressurizes the refrigerant, raising its temperature. The hot refrigerant flows through the outdoor condenser coil. The outdoor fan blows air over the condenser coil, dissipating heat to the outside environment. The refrigerant condenses back into a liquid and returns to the indoor unit. The cooled air is distributed back into the room, providing a cooling effect.
Heating Mode:In heating mode, the refrigerant flow reverses. The outdoor unit now acts as the evaporator and the indoor unit as the condenser. The outdoor unit's fan draws in outside air and passes it over the evaporator coil. The refrigerant absorbs heat from the outside air, even in colder temperatures. The absorbed heat causes the refrigerant to evaporate into a gas.The gaseous refrigerant is pumped to the indoor unit. The indoor unit's fan draws in indoor air and passes it over the condenser coil. The refrigerant releases heat to the indoor air, warming it up.The heated air is distributed back into the room, providing a heating effect. The refrigerant condenses back into a liquid and returns to the outdoor unit. The process repeats, allowing the reverse cycle split system air conditioner to provide both cooling and heating.By reversing the flow of refrigerant, a reverse cycle split system air conditioner can efficiently cool or heat the indoor space as needed, providing year-round comfort.
